1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to:

  • Australia (Standard and Express delivery options available)

International shipping will be available in the future. Please sign up to receive news.

2. Order Processing Times

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Please note that during busy periods or for pre-orders, processing times may take longer. We’ll notify you if there are any significant delays.

3. Shipping Options & Fees

We offer a range of shipping choices in Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1-3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order weight.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery through the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, some factors, like postal delays, customs processing, or unforeseen events. may cause delays. We will keep you updated on any known disruptions.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address when completing your order. ARAKYÁL is not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

If you realise an error with your shipping address after placing your order, please reach out to us right away at hello@arakyal.co. While we will make every effort to help, we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

ARAKYÁL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier marks your package as "delivered," it’s considered your responsibility.

If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. We’ll assist with the process where possible, contact us at hello@arakyal.co.
