ARAKYÁL Return and Refund Policy
We are dedicated to offering premium products that enhance your lifestyle and bring you joy. If, for any reason, you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist.

Returns
We accept returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
To begin the return process, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@arakyal.co with your order number and reason for returning the item. We will then provide you with return instructions.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and inform you whether the return is approved or denied.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund, which will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the item.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you are refunded, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless the item was damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello@arakyal.co with your order number and the details of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons other than our error.
Damaged or Faulty Items
While we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products and packaging, if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at hello@arakyal.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Please check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card provider or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving a faulty or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
